Music & Choir at UUCB

Music Program

In order to enhance the theme of the Sunday worship service, UUCB's Music Administration Committee is available to advise those planning the service to help them select music, including the hymns the congregation sings, the pieces the choir performs, the prelude, and other special music.

The Music Administration Committee also organizes musical performances by outside artists for special concerts, often using our Steinway Grand piano. Read about our upcoming concerts.

Choir

The choir plays a vital role in our Sunday services. Led by a professional choir director and accompanied by a talented choir pianist, our choir usually sings twice a month and presents two special all-music services a year.

The choir works hard, but also has a lot of fun. Regularly scheduled social events include an end-of-year party in June, an open house in August, and a day-long retreat at a nearby resort in the fall.
