UUCB has bright, functional, child-friendly space available for rent. Our building and grounds are ideal for a small preschool.
Starting in June, we will have 1,500 square feet of space available, in up to four classrooms of different sizes and orientations, as detailed below (see also our church layout drawing).
Our facility features many conveniences, including a small kitchen area, child-sized bathrooms, and in-room sinks. Outdoors, there is a large, shaded, fully-fenced play yard with a sand box, play structure, swings, and more.
UUCB is conveniently located in Boulder, accessible from many major roads and on a bus route. There is ample parking and pick-up/drop-off space. At the same time, being in a residential area makes it feel "homey," say many of our renters.
The church borders the bike path and creek, is adjacent to Eisenhower Elementary School grounds, and is just three blocks away from the popular "Rock" park.
Monthly rent for the space is $2,500 to $3,000 per month depending on your use needs. Available hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. plus occasional evening use, as needed. The lease term is 10-12 months.

Kid's Room (Room 11)– This large, sunny, carpeted room is great for children's activities. With direct
access to a shaded, fenced-in playground, a lowered sink next to a tile counter, and a kid-sized bathroom
stall, this room is a child's delight! This room can easily accommodate 20
children in its 650 square feet (main area is about 20' x 24'), which also includes a handy store room.
